lovemunchkins.online is owned and operated by Love Munchkins, a Florida LLC. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
The Company provides a platform to browse, reserve, and adopt pets. We offer shipping methods or in-person pickup at our Florida store. Content on this site is not professional veterinary advice and is provided strictly for informational purposes.

- No distribution of harmful code
- No unauthorized commercial activity
- No impersonation of others
- Compliance with all local laws
4. Content & Intellectual Property
The Company respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe your work has been copied, please contact our Copyright Agent at lovemunchkins@loftluxe.store.
5. Payments
Pricing for purchase or adoption is detailed on each pet's profile. We reserve the right to change payment methods. Financing may be available through third-party lenders (Lenders), subject to their specific terms.
12. Initial Examination & Treatment
CRITICAL: Upon receipt, your pet must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 business hours. Failure to do so may void your rights to a refund or exchange under Florida Statute 828.29.
13. Health Guarantee
We provide a 12-month limited guarantee. In the first 6 months, you are entitled to a 100% store credit if the pet passes from a genetic defect. Viral illnesses are excluded.
16. Deposits are Non-Refundable
By reserving a pet, you remove its availability for others. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Attempting to chargeback a deposit is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be filed in Broward County.
